        I highly recommend the first one and I’m kinda super disappointed they turned it into a different game.

        We have tons of rougelikes, lost in random is more unique and should have been a proper continuation with the same gameplay style.

          Can I ask what it was you liked about the game play elements of the first game? I was kind of drawn to it because of the art style, the world, and what little I saw of the characters but I didn’t get to play it at the time and then I kind of forgot about it a bit (this happens to me constantly so I have to keep a running list of games I’m interested in so I don’t forget).

          But it seems like a lot of people are disappointed in the new direction and it being a rougelike. So I’m really curious. I’m gonna watch some play throughs of the original game to see what I might be missing but I really want to know from fans of the first game.

        I didn’t play the first one but I was interested in it. But I generally like rougelikes and rougelites so I think this will be right up my alley.
