    Isn’t his strategy here to just ignore it?

    I couldn’t believe they actually got him in a cell over the contempt changes, but holy hell it took a lot to get there.

      Ignoring a judge is a whole different animal than ignoring Congress. The best Congress can do is refer you for prosecution to the DoJ; a judge can issue a bench warrant for your arrest.

      It wasn’t even that. Its that everyone involved swore up and down that they would not take a single dollar from the fund.

      The 3 other founders took like 180k-350k, bannon took 1.1 million. Those 3 went to federal prison for fraud for around 3-5 years. Only bannon was pardoned by trump in the last hours of his presidency. Well, here come the state charges.

      They also raised 25 million total, which the 3 convicted of federal charges are on the hook for paying back.
