Republicans allowing Corporations who Notoriously Abuse and KILL their Workers (including Child Workers) have a Separate and Bought Court System is EXACTLY why DEMOCRATS are the Deep State!

The Federal government is going to have to stop pretending this shit isn’t happening and actually deal with Texas.

They’re fomenting all the worst of America, and frankly, I’m tired of playing nice.

We should have a two-tier court system: one for actual people who have rights, and one for corporate non-people who don’t.

The problem with this isn’t that it’s two-tier, it’s that the tiers are straight out of Bizarro-world and absolutely ass-backwards.

Why even have a court system? Is it for the illusion of a fair trial?

I mean, just create a bot that simply rules in favor of whomever gives it the most money.

One might call it “collaboration” between government and business, or one might call it a merger of state and corporate power.

Nah. Arbitration uses a theoretically third party arbitrator.

These judges are handpicked and wholly owned by the corporations.

Third party chosen by the employer. If your boss forces you to sign an arbitration agreement you don’t get to pick the third party. They do.

This feels like a news report in a montage before a post-apocalyptic movie… Not sure it’s that important, but it feels like something one might see.

According to Shadowrun lore, the next step is the Supreme Court allowing corporations to raise their own private armies.
