Call me uneducated, but what does fishing expedition mean here?
It means they’re looking for incriminating information without any evidence it exists. They’re “casting a wide net,” to use another fishing term, in hopes of finding something illegal, even if there’s no basis for them asking the questions in the first place.
These folks are wild.
Well beyond weird.
MAGA weird.
Basically, if a single signature is found to be an error, DeSantis will claim it’s all fraud and sue and blah blah blah vs. a normal person saying just remove the one signature.
Asking questions is how you become educated. Respect.
