Dissenting Democratic justices cited his New York litigation as an example of Kennedy fighting to get off the ballot in certain swing states while fighting to be on it in other states
Clearly none of this is happening in good faith.
Not that anyone thought it was; I just never thought it would be done so blatantly.
His reasoning to get off the ballot is basically that he is a spoiler candidate.
I can’t believe he’s so transparent that he is fighting to stay on in some of them.
