Like Max and tharvey11 said no plant will thrive with little light. A sanseveria and a zz plant can tolerate little light.
What you can do is buy 2 plants and rotate them every week so they’ll stay alive and do well. Or you can also buy grow lights and hang them above the plant.

What a good idea! I have a few potted sanseverias and I might experiment with a rotation like this one. I will feel a bit bad bringing one into the darkness while the others stay in the sun… But I have often thought that a plant would look nice in the bathroom.
Sanseverias are quite resilient to low light and erratic watering, but I don’t think any plant will “thrive” with little light. It will survive for a long time.
I’ve got a pothos in mine and it doesn’t seem to mind that there’s less light. Certainly it doesn’t grow as quickly as one in direct light, but it is still healthy and it’s air roots get watered from the shower humidity so it rarely needs to be watered (once every 1-2 months) which is also a nice bonus.
Snake plants will also survive just about anywhere. Mine gets even less light than what my bathroom provides and it doesn’t really care and continues growing bigger and bigger. It also doesn’t need to be watered much.
I’ll echo the sentiments already said. No plant will thrive in little light. They’ll basically only survive at best or just slowly die over time.
Have you considered a fake plant? I’ve got a couple of fake plants in areas where the light level is too low for any real plants to prosper. Sure, they don’t look as nice as the real thing, but they still add a splash of green which is welcome.
I just put together this pot with a fern and some mosses as an experiment for my shower. There’s a window, but it never gets super bright in there, so I’ll be interested to see how it holds up.
As the others have said, most plants might tolerate low light but don’t really thrive in it, it completely depends on how dark your bathroom really is. That said, in my place the plant that dealed with little light far away from windows the best was a Spatiphyllum/peace lily.
