YES!!! I recognized it as a Goosebumps cover instantly too! What a blast to the past, I loved those. This one is from book #4 “Say Cheese and Die!”

Yes! I believe it was the one with the haunted/cursed camera. I had a ton of fun reading them as a kid

I only ever read one, and all I remember of that was some kids being chased into a church by some demons, who then burn it down to get to them. The kids are put on trial for “forcing” the demons to burn the church, and they have to convince their lawyer not to throw the case because he’ll be executed if he wins.

The author wrote a billion books and spinoffs. He is one of the best selling authors because of those books.

About a month or two ago, I tried to watch the tv show version of the haunted mask. The show did not age well, and the acting was pretty bad.

I guess you don’t notice that stuff as much when you are a kid.

Weird, I guess he claims ghostwriters only assisted him with making outlines, but unless he had Steven King level of cocaine addiction idk how he was able to churn out that much so quickly. I haven’t read any of them since I was a kid, though. The dummy episodes gave me horrific nightmares.

Same down here in Redwood City. I saw on the news it’s supposed to hit like 111 down near Gilroy.

Coldest, shortest summer of the rest of our lives.

Hope all the Pop Figures were worth it.

For my anniversary dinner last night I wore a cute green sweater and sweatpants and my wife was like, wtf are you doing it’s 104F out.

Anyways, dress for the weather you want not the weather you have.

Yesterday was also our anniversary, the 10th. Congrats! I got my wife a big beautiful Dali print and she made me the most banging scallops ever with lemon risotto.

      Depends on the humidity.

28C with little humidity is a pleasant day, however 28C with 100% makes me want to die.

I went on a long run on the 1st September. First day of Spring down here in the southern hemisphere. Basically still winter. And it was 32 °C by the time I finished at 10 am. Over 30. In the morning. Just one day after winter. Wtf.

      10°C. Coats out, heating on.

Never know what it’ll be tomorrow though. Might be 28 and sunny, might -15 and snowing. Maybe even the sun will make an appearance.

Regardless, it’ll cause disruptions to the trains somehow.

Is the Fahrenheit in the room with us right now? It’s not real. Fahrenheit is an illusion that was made up.
