    On a human, the tie is at the base of the neck, above the collar bones. So #2 because that is where the shirt would start.

      Correct. The tie is designed to cover the buttons of the shirt.

      So it’s like the mullet of necktie necks, then.

      But instead of “business in the front, party in the back”,
      It’s more along the lines of
      “party up here, business down there”.

      Anyways… ties hang at the neck at shoulder height. Nobody wear a tie above the Adam’s apple.

    2 because we wear the tie at the bottom of our neck meeting the torso amd shoulders but really 1 or 2 depending on the dinosaurs fashion preference because where we typically wear tie is based on a default collective unspoken rule about how to wear ties that humanity developed
