Definitely underproofed :( shouldn’t make bread while Hungry. Was very Tasty, would recommend, the dumpling and sauce was more questionable, but also very good

Thank you, it was and now I have much more to use. Currently making serviette dumplings and a nice dark sauce/gravy.
