The cyclist in me is just silently screaming right now
It hurts my inner cyclist how the feet appear to be both in the down stroke of pedaling; but I can also hear it screaming to go out and ride after seeing the original photo. Which way is yours screaming?
No brakes. No rear derailleur. Just one chain stay. Tiny wheels. Frame size way to small. Foot bent for minimum efficiency. Etc. Those are just the things that immediately jumped out.
