I’m not exactly fit but I grind my coffee beans and have two large pour over iced coffees every day (with a bit of oat milk and agave).
I’m from the Midwest but now live in California, but every time I go back I have to load up on Mountain Dew. For whatever reason the taste is completely different, and if I still lived there I would be back to my soda addiction in a heartbeat.
