      I mean here’s what I struggle to understand: isn’t it more likely the old as fuck Republican voting bloc will make mistakes on their ballots? Doesn’t this only hurt their chances?

        They’re banking on the false narrative of insecure voting scaring supporters into not mailing in their votes. I’d also bet the GOP is willing to double-back and start counting these ballots if it turns out Trump loses without them.
