In addition to tires, slow the fuck down!
Cannot be emphasized enough. The article does talk about it, but wow, I’ve seen so many dipshitz that seem to be driving even faster when there is snow on the ground because they are in a big truck or have AWD/4WD or what have you.
It’s like they are trying to prove some kind of point? They don’t seem to understand basic physics at all, and I think the extra traction on going forward gives them an irrational confidence on being able to turn/stop on ice/snow…
I would add two words:
Good. Tires.
Listen to this guy. He knows what’s up. And you really do not want him to give you an award.
Haha. I’m a big believer in dedicated snow tires. So worth it, IMHO.
