That’s been the average Starbucks customer for so long. Instead of asking your customers to change, maybe change yourself. Maybe pay your staff liveable wages and staff more than 3 workers per location.

I worked for Starbucks during college in 2004. Everything he says they’re trying to go back to is what it was like when I worked there. We had limited food items in a case, some mugs, and definitely sharpies. No hot food back then. Most of the time the only customization requests we got besides an extra shot or a different milk was the “extra-extra-caramel” requests for those disgusting caramel frappuccinos. They wanted us to coat the cup in caramel sauce. We hated making frappuccinos.
