I just want to point out that both the abortion amendment and the marijuana amendment here in Florida had bolded text on them added by the state - in the case of the abortion one, including the dubious claim that “it will increase the number of abortions performed” and both still won the popular vote, more in favor than opposed, they just didn’t make 60%.
What exceptions are there for this I wonder.
Over here it’s legal up to the 10th week, but until the 24th for malformations or something.
None those matter now. Trump going install a national federal abortion ban. Which essential makes all those state’s that projected it illegal.
Not sure, but I’m reading that he said he’d veto a national abortion ban.

He says a lot of things. Few of them are true. I guarantee Congress will write the law, and I see no reason Trump would veto it. He is in a position of power, he can always get his mistress an abortion regardless of legality.
