      100%, the same as many of the other on the big pile of studies which lay out very plainly that working less will actually make us more productive as well as those silly things like “happier”, “feeling more secure”, and “healthier”.

      One day, maybe, but for now cruelty and boneheadedness seems to be the driving force behind it all.

      Still bad. Alternate sitting and standing - the body isn’t meant to be in one position too much, that’s all. Switch it up every hour or two and your back and shoulders will feel 10,000% better

      That would wreck your neck. The real solution is not being at a desk all day long but it isn’t practical for computer based work.
