It’s helpful for my mental health to remember the man is a fucking moron
It’s not that I expected much. But it honestly feels like his picks are made up of people who elbowed their way to the front of the line to suck his dick and sing his praises. Not one seems to have merited the position they are now going to hold.
It makes me so disillusioned with the government. I used to feel like public office was held by intelligent, impressive people. I may have disagreed with them, but they at least laid out arguements and had some semblance of a strategy.
I never thought I was anywhere near capable of holding a position like that. Now though, I genuinely feel like if I just shouted the “right” things loudly enough, I could be in the inner circles of our nations government. That prospect is fucking terrifying.
That’s exactly what’s going on. He only wants yes men.
Definitely not. He’s paying back all the favors he got.
What makes you think Trump pays back his favors? He’s not exactly known for paying back anything.
This, Trump’s loyalties are to Trump. There is no winning his favor.
They’re the ones with their heads up his ass… Literally no other criteria.
Same as his first term.
Hence I have some hope that these utter fuckups won’t be able to do half the shit they imagine possible.
Or not burdened with knowledge or experience or any respect for the rules they’ll crash right through things because there’s no one to hold them accountable.

Personally I believe he is trolling us.
Why would he bother to waste time rubbing together his two remaining neurons for this? Chaos and cronies is all he needs to feed his ego.
At this point in time, I feel like I could get one by simply writing a letter asking for it.
