      Same for me. I can be exhausted and readt to pass out, but I just wake up earlier and can’t get back to sleep

    I’ve been getting into bed at 7pm every night since the time changed and reading aloud to my dog and cat until I fall asleep. The sound of my voice reading seems to knock them right out.
