how can I disable it?
Pop!_OS uses systemd-boot bootloader by default. You can use T key and/or Shift+T key combination to change the timeout duration while the menu is on display. I have been using UKIs without a bootloader for a long time, but if I recall correctly you can reduce it to zero and have it be practically disabled.
I am pretty sure thats grub, as long as pop os dosent use like systemd-boot or something So you just have to find grub.cfg and set the time until it auto boots 1 option to like 0 or 1 But i wouldnt recommand it, since thats the only way to fix your system wihout a live system in case it brakes
Huh? Doesn’t popps use systemd-boot by default? I thought it did
Depends if you have UEFI, or BIOS/Compatibility mode on; reinstalled the system because I forgot to turn off compatibility the first time
Ohh I see
I was in school when I wrote that, so I didnt have time and just gone with the most popular bootloader
