There is no justice in Amerikkka
Given the election outcome and timing because Garland is POS this was the best outcome. Keeping the trial going would have allowed the Supreme Court to uphold dismissing it with prejudice.
As long as you are rich or know the right people, you can do anything. What’s the point anymore.
You can bet Trump’s AG won’t slow roll any investigations, or worry about what is proper.
