A white Florida woman who fatally shot a Black neighbor through her front door during an ongoing dispute has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for her manslaughter conviction.

no, that was intentional murder…It’s a much higher legal burden to get a murder convictions though. Proving things like intentional malice is very tricky, especially if the prosecutor knows they’re likely to face an all white jury in rural Florida.
