A hosted services ad on c/selfhosted, maybe not the right thing, but I’ll defer to others.

Do they offer cloud storage now? From what I can see on their web site, it’s 500GB…just for email. I mean sure, that’s cool, but it would take me several lifetimes to accumulate 500GB of email so it’s not much of a selling point to me.

It’s a good email service, anyway. I’ve been using the free tier for a few years. Similar to Proton, and in theory Tuta is more private because they encrypt the headers as well as the message body.

The thumbnail cuts off the 6 so it just looks like 2% off.

That might be an issue with how your client is rendering it. In app via Thunder I’m not having that problem, but it’s good for people to know it says 62%!

        I’m using Jerboa on Android.

Just thought it was funny and took a moment to realize the post wasn’t sarcastic.

I wonder if they would prorate? I ended up choosing proton as a better fit for my needs (since I needed VPN anyway, and I am a total beginner). They are also running a deal and I ended up upgrading and getting a prorated discount and a credit on the account. The folks at tuta seem pretty down to earth and interested in building a good name.

If they do end up giving you a refund/credit/upgrade, let us know!
