I thought some of these weapons had minimum distance that they need to active over? Maybe RPG’s don’t have that?
Probably an RPG-7 with some variant of a PG-7V HEAT warhead using an impact fuze. I’m not an expert, but I think the biggest risk to the wielder in this situation would be shrapnel from the truck.

Just can’t help but notice that there seems to be little concern for catching friendlies in the crossfire here… is the camera guy also shooting at the vehicle?
