This is just the temp plate while they get their sov cit plate in the mail.
The downside is that the lack of sovcit “plate” might make you more likely to get pulled over. Word is those guys are a huge PITA for cops.
More likely to get pulled over, but less likely to get tazed.

Honestly, I’m not sure if that’s any worse than the oft-abused
FARM USEtags.I’ve also seen a few people just say fuck it, and not have any tags at all.
these are all the license plates in my neighborhood. DC doesn’t care.
Legit or not they should’ve gotten a real tag by now.
