To be fair AOC’s ideology isn’t even that popular among Democrats. The Squad barely even exists anymore. Can you have a squad with just two people in it?
The internet has fooled the populace into believing that progressivism is mainstream when in reality it’s not even mainstream on the left.
Yeah bud go back to your red tent. If the Democrats went progressive they would make people that dont even have penises pop boners. People have eyes, they see other countries actually receiving medical care and they want that.
We see other countries actually controlling corporations instead of being ruled by them, and we want that.
Progressivism is humanism, which is why we are so at odds with motherfuckers who want to mutate the government into some sick business mimic that does none of the functions the founding fathers said it should do.
Seems to me that the " mainstream left" was just completely and utterly routed. They’ve lost all three branches of government utterly. For such a mainstream movement they sure have trouble getting people to come vote for them.

The Democratic Party needs to be disbanded. It’s done. It’s over. Something new needs to rise from the ashes. If that’s the leftmost option the us has then it’s done.
I’m not sure, I think if you disband the Democratic party, you might not see something replace it, and that’d be bad for democracy. Taking it over from the inside and replacing the old guard like Trump did with the GOP is a better idea.
