well according to Scotus, he can do whatever he wants 🤷🏻
To be fair, in this case, he always could. Unlimited pardon power (in practice, at least, since limits have never been tested) has always been a power of the President, and neither Biden nor Trump would be the first to use last-minute pardon powers to issue some…questionable…pardons (to say the least) on their way out the door.
If he hates that just wait til the next ass to be on the throne
Yeah, he also pardoned the judges from his hometown that were selling kids to the private prisons
Since we are “what-about-ing” like there is no tomorrow:
I had a feeling that there had to be some (just a couple…) friends included in that sweeping action.
We would have a detailed list of names and addresses, their ties to the President and whether or not they ever had even a sip of Russian made Vodka (which is of course grounds to label them a Russian asset) if it was Trump doing this.
