The Scandinavians are good at long-term planning, and also aware that it will be far cheaper to defeat Russia in Ukraine than in, say, Finland or Poland in 5-10 years’ time.

Also, isn’t Norway entire military basically designed to counter Russian invasions?

Edit: Nope. I was thinking of Finland and how they keep an absurdly massive military due to previous Russian occupation.

Norway is a founding member of NATO and due to its geography guarding the sea passage around the northern edge of Europe against ruzzian and other navies.

Norway’s military is designed to detect a Russian invasion as soon as possible with the help of Nordic human shield allies, Sweden and Finland. On detection of an invasion force the plan is to immediately flee the country and go hang out with the Scots to drink good stuff while looking longingly across the North Sea.

Wouldn’t it be funny to mask pro Russian media posts as peace posts?

As much as I am pro peace, in this day and age it is really hard to act pro peace without having the doubt of (in this case) supporting Russia.

Pro Ukraine all the way! Fuck Russia <3 <3

To be fair last time Russia and Sweden had a real war, Sweden and their ally Ukraine lost the Poltava battle, which led to ousting of Hetman Mazepa and King Charles of Sweden into Ottoman empire.

Hope it will go better this time.
