I want to point out that a woman is most in danger by her abuser during and after leaving.

On Oct. 3, 2024, he was convicted of second-degree murder. He will spend the rest of his life in prison without the option of parole, as Louisiana law requires. But her parents still lost a child. Her children still lost their mother. There is no real justice in this story.

Maybe I should read the room here, but her children also lost a father. Maybe there should have been a way for him to get a psychological intervention before this.

Men attacking women carrying or just after giving birth to their child is so against nature. It’s an abomination, born of a fundamental sickness of the soul.

Well yeah, but you have to take into account that well over half of her life could come after that point. If you have a child at 19, and you live to be 90, obviously you have a larger chance of dying after you become a mother.

The article mentions of those under 25. So it seems their focus is based on the statistics of young women under 25.

        omg

Do you think the pro-life agenda is to make it so that there are innumerable mothers under 12, specifically to ruin this statistic?

That would practically make it legal to kill women at 26 - just like DiCaprio wants! It all makes sense now!

I see you couldn’t even be bothered to read the first three sentences of the article. Living up to your username, I guess shrug.

        The man part? Lol

No, I didn’t read anything but the headline and then I turned my bidet on, typed a comment, turned it back off, and then flushed.
