Angers me so much that we didn’t make use of cheap borrowing while rates were so low.
Oh we did. Just not to spend on improving the country or infrastructure ☺️.

It’s still worth more than the Euro, so all is good, right?
The absolute value doesn’t matter, only the movement does. A pound is worth more than a US dollar too but that doesn’t mean anything in particular.
