      I love the new Model 3 Highland headlights, and I’m disappointed that they haven’t used the same design for the Model Y Juniper.

      Yeah, I’m with you. They fucked up their beautiful design language. Light bars have a place, but not on that car.

    Edit: Turns out that was some aftermarket steering wheel on a model 3. They’ve announced juniper and it’s just a regular wheel

    There’s also a couple pictures of the interior and it had a steering squircle instead of a steering wheel.

    I hope that means it’s steer by wire at least. I can’t see why they’d do that otherwise.

    Even the Model S with the Yoke (ugh) they wanted to do it steer by wire but it wasn’t ready yet, tech wise, and law wise.

    Edit: also I know a lot of people might not want steer by wire or be afraid of it, but I’m of the opinion that it’s going to be on every new Tesla moving forward. They’ve put a lot into it, wanted it on the S, so I don’t see it only being the cybertruck and cybercab. But a refresh is a different matter, so not sure.
