I think the major concern would be removing the smell of wee.
But that’s part of the charm!
And cabbage.
It’s quite obvious why it’s that cheap: “Grade II Listed” (particularly important buildings of more than special interest.)
It is a former care home, and you probably have to turn it inside out and upside down before you can use it for something else. Except that you can’t because it is Grade II Listed.
