You’re exactly wrong. Heat-seeking wild cats are not allowed IN because they can’t get OUT themselves once they get hungry/thirsty or need to poop.
But they can not get out so it’s fine
It’s the other way around. Make sure to not let heat-seeking cats in (“🚫CATS PAST HERE🚫”), as they cannot get out themselves when they get hungry or poopy.
