He can order it all he wants, but he can’t amend the constitution unilaterally.
He doesn’t need to. He just sends ICE to your door and lets the courts take their sweet time while they’re already out there hurting people.
And that’s what the Second Amendment is for
What deadline? He is trying to retroactively remove citizenship. Since the laws don’t matter and everything is just what he feels like today about a thing.
Not retroactively, but this would remove birthright citizenship for babies born in the future, after about 1 month from now, by my understanding.
