What do people named ‘Young’ or ‘Yung’ something do with their names as they get older?
Not sure if you are being serious. But most end up stop making music before that happens. But for those that don’t, they tend to drop that part of the name. For example Young Jeezy is just Jeezy nowadays.

It just seems like the name has a built-in time limit. That dude doesn’t look that young, for example, he looks pretty medium. “Medium Thug”, just Thug or Old Thug are pretty shitty names though.
Now that I think about it, I believe Young Thug has been going by Thugger.
