Let’s see… He speaks like a Nazi, is friends with Nazis, supports Nazi parties, posts dog whistle Nazi type memes all the time and make Nazi salute in public. Even literal Nazis are publicly delighted that he did that. 🤔
Of course he is constantly using the cover of ambiguity (“just a joke bro”, “just an innocent meme”, “just an honest mistake”). But it is clear as day this was meant as a Nazi salute. He just demonstrated the world he is untouchable. And USA had officially dessened into fascism.
