Edit: Some research leads me to the conclusion that that’s not an unironic white pride sticker, but - and downvote all you want - that’s poor design.
No Die Partei is a satirical political party in Germany. Wahlurne means: Ballot Box. So you can dump your feces in this Ballot Box.
I suppose the sticker is a variation of “good night white pride” stickers. “Kot” is one of the many german words for shit.
