• Consider allowing the user to sloppy swipe away from QuickLook, rather than reaching for the button in the top-right.
  • For posts with links to somewhere other than the image, consider following through to the link (e.g. news article) rather than loading the image.
  • When the user has clicked into the post/comments page, consider enabling QuickLook from tapping the image in the post.

      QuickLook is the built in quick media viewer on most of Apple’s platforms. You can access it but selecting a file and pressing space bar on macOS or tapping on a file in files on iOS. Apps can also integrate QuickLook to view files. Essentially it’s just an easy way to show a file without having to do a lot of work

      In the new beta, when a user taps the thumbnail of an image or link post, it opens in a media viewer entitled “quicklook”.

    Oops, looks like you can load the QuickLook screen from the post page - not sure why it didn’t work for a couple of the ones I tried!
