I would say, the “real” “actually” is more of that.
The “ackshually” is more knowning that people can be like that and being a bit sarcastic about it.
As in “actually, X, but only someone really sweaty and pedantic would make that point earnestly, which I’m not”.
I actually love when I get the chance to use it, sometimes I get a little too cheeky with it but I try tp really save it for the extraordinarily deserving counterpoint haha

Yeah I can’t imagine how anyone would say this in an entirely straightforward, non-sardonic manner. Pronouncing it that way is dripping with self awareness.
