Am I understanding correctly that you mean you believe exploiting animals for their bodies is morally wrong? I think your assertion is correct. I’d rather let chickens live or not be bred into a lifetime of suffering even if I’m the odd man out. Sometimes society is wrong in the way they approach moral issues, human treatment of animals being one of them. No, I meant I understood them.
I’m somewhere in-between. I care about dogs, horses maybe. I couldn’t care less about chickens. I find people simply asserting what’s “moral” to be a vacuous argument.
I hear you. Chickens can feel pain want to live. That’s why I give them moral consideration.
