I like to imagine that he was at one point providing good copper, but eventually, once he became so famous that people built statues, he stopped caring about quality and went full con man.

So did Ea Nasir keep the complaint letter because the complaint was absurd, or because Ea Nasir reveled in being a cheat?
Do we know it was kept for a long time, and wasn’t just kept for a bit while EA Nasir thought about what to do with it?
It was found in a building not a garbage dump, therefore someone kept it. Who else could it be?
