    Stop every now and then to close your eyes and breathe for a few seconds. This helps compensate for low interoception (catching body cues like pain, hunger, exhaustion, stress, etc).

    I stopped talking to and hanging out with humans unless it was absolutely necessary. Never been physically or mentally healthier. The exception being my S.O.

    I have certain conditions that will cause me to not even waste time on a person. If they do these things, I do not even try to pretend I’m interested in having anything to do with them. •Says bruh? Nope. •Has that stupid broccoli haircut? Nope. •Has wild tattoos and blue hair? Nope. •Anyone wearing anything that resembles running clothes? Nope. I don’t give a shit about your 3K. A man wearing flip flops? Nope.

    I set very strict guidelines. I find the people I allow through these social “pay-walls” end up being pretty similar to me, and therefor worth the effort of speaking to, and conversing. But if you’re 35 years old, and you start talking about why “Marvel is the best storyline to ever exist” I automatically know you are nowhere near my level of mental capacity, and I just will never talk to that person.

    I only have a few friends, but they’re all great friends. And nobody talks about fucking Batman’s trauma, or which Star Wars was the best.
