I sure hope they stay open. I want to visit once it doesn’t require a guide to figure out how to even eat there…

Not at all. :) I hope they iron out whatever stage this is, and open for more days/ hours and they do a booming business. That place is excellent, but it’s always needed more food.
The new menu looks great to me. I’ll definitely eat there sometime, which is rare for me because I have Celiac disease and most restaurants don’t handle that super well, or it’s just annoying, but the menu has tons of gluten free dishes.
I think I went there once in 2015 in the old incarnation, but that was a long time ago.
