My attempt at the peculiar style seen in the the manga and anime “Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei”. The way they use dark values, contrast and texture is very distinct. This composition is a manga cover but done in the style where you fill in any skin. The kanji reads “Zetsubou Sensei”. I’m clearly out of practice…
