Over the past couple of years, the seemingly steady rightward drift of Elon Musk has culminated in actions and statements that have sparked broad controversy. Musk – visionary CEO of Tesla, SpaceX and founder of X Corp – is a man on a mission to get humanity to Mars. He is also the wealthiest person on the planet.
His fascist heel turn would be part of it, but the decline in quality (or perhaps the fading of the visionary-genius halo effect that masked that Teslas are just not well made) would also play a big part.
I’ll never buy another Elon product and am actively trying to ditch my current Teslas.
“Visionary CEO” it’s just cheap, uninspired sci-fi and not even good-because-it’s-bad cheap sci-fi.
I like how this is posed as a question even though the CEO is supposed to be responsible for the company’s fortunes by default. That’s why they’re paid so much, right?
Trump will put a 100% tariff on cars made in Canada to help “persuade” people to buy Teslas instead of Hondas, Toyotas, Dodge, and GM that are manufactured in Canada in my opinion.
