At best, these false claims help politicians cover for corporate misdeeds. At worst, they foster division for its own sake. Neither makes us safer.

You start out in 1954 by saying, “N*****, n*****, n*****.” By 1968 you can’t say “n*****”—that hurts you, backfires. So you say stuff like, uh, forced busing, states’ rights, and all that stuff, and you’re getting so abstract. I hate the use of the general term politicians when its maga or republicans which is just a one and the same thing now. Honestly it would be great if they renamed the party which seems like such a trump thing to do anyway.
They say DEI because they can’t use racist or sexist slurs. It’s a blatant dog whistle and everyone knows what they mean.
Because outrage is the only other thing that gets them hard besides trans porn.
Because they blame everything on the current buzzword. It’s DEI now. It was “woke” and “indoctrination” before. And everything is “radical” all the time.
Why politicians keep blaming ‘DEI’ for disasters, even when it’s laughably untrue.
