Korenwijn (a type of genever) served as a Twice Up, with a bit of gum syrup because I have a bit of a sweet tooth but not enough to just drink liqueur.
On the topic of gum syrup, I bought a 0.7l bottle of Monin gum syrup recently and I can’t quite decide whether it actually makes a difference compared to simple syrup.
