    That’s a hell of an understatement. So many foods are complete proteins. Hell, you could just have some tofu for dinner and probably exceed a hundredfold what this stupid little supplement is giving you. Literally just snake oil as so many supplements are thanks to the disgusting lack of actual regulation for their claims.
