I have been attempting to help Reddit Subreddits migrate over to Lemmy, and so far, it has been pretty good.

But one of the of the Subreddits is Religion Based and when I went to JoinLemmy, and clicked on “Join a Server”, there is no Religion option.

There is a Religion tab, and you can choose what language, but, after that, it just shows that there are no Religion based Servers, regardless of the language that is chosen.

EDIT: OpenChristian is now up.

your primary instance (lemmy.world) and lemm.ee already have conservative communities so they’re both clearly amenable to it; either one is your best bet.

I do not know of any instances focusing on religious communities, but I assume most general-purpose instances would be fine with you opening a religious community. If you search communities you will find lots of existing religious ones across several of the large instances, though they are generally not very active. If you find that the community you want already exists, but is dead, consider taking it over and bringing it back to life.

For a particular religion or just to discuss religion? I would be interested in hosting such a community :)
