Republican Rep. Claudia Tenney of New York did indeed introduce a bill on Feb. 14, 2025, that would make June 14 a federal holiday to mark Trump’s birthday. Therefore, we have rated this claim as true.
June 14 also is Flag Day, a holiday that celebrates the adoption of the Stars and Stripes as the U.S. flag in 1777.
