the quotas aren’t there to get all the illegals out, the quotas are there to get the illegals AND the legals out
Oh, where is DOGE when such inefficiency raises its ugly head?
It’s almost like they ran out and scooped up the easiest targets first, and now that the remaining targets are more difficult, they think it should be … easier?

And remember, much of those numbers are people already in US prisons that they just had to rearrest.
